POSITION SUMMARY:
This position serves in a confidential capacity to assist or aid managerial employees who perform jobs that are not of a routine, clerical, or ministerial nature and require the exercise of independent judgment in the performance of such jobs. This position has a significant role in personnel administration. This is professional work providing independent and highly technical analytical support to improve management capabilities and operational procedures. The employee must exhibit skilled decision-making techniques in evaluating, planning or integrating analysis of data to formulate solutions, strategies, policies or recommendations of a specialized or technical nature.
