Shift hours are roughly8 hours (may work a few hours extra if there is an event- occasionally happen). Start time around 8am.
MUST HAVE IN RESUME EXPERIENCE SECTION:
be bilingual (english and spanish) is a plus
1 year experience in HR Field with recruiting, some knowledge of benefits, payroll, all things HR.
preferred: HAVE EXPERIENCE in EXCEL: v-lookups, pivot tables. (general knowledge of excel- DO NOT SUBMIT if they do not know basic functions).
Assisting with applicants/job seekers and facilitate questions they may have. Helping with orientation, onboarding, workday issues, sending out start details. Since everyone is on site, person would need to interact with all employees. Patience and understanding is key as most workers only speak english as a second language.
0-3 Years of Experience, Responsible for the administrative coordination and support of the Human Resources department and assisting in the development, implementation and administration of corporate human resources policies, programs and procedures.Responsible for administering multiple areas of human resources and rewards programs including HR employment issues related to contracts, retirement, etc. Personnel records maintenance pertaining to benefits, compensation, leave of absence, retirement, etc. Statistical reporting to internal management and external agencies Compensation & benefits program implementation and administration May help select external HR vendors.
