JOB TITLE: Human Resource Specialist (Multiple Openings)
JOB LOCATION: 1 Cooper Farms Dr, St. Henry, OH 45883
JOB DUTIES: Responsible for providing human resources services to employees. Specific duties include: (1) Communicating and training Safety, HR, Quality, Production, and related policies and procedures specific to the poultry industry; (2) Assisting with interviewing, job preview processes, and drug testing procedures; (3) Assisting employees in acquiring essential documents related to employment; (4) Working with HR Logistics Coordinator in managing the company housing program; (5) Assisting employees with communication of concerns or questions regarding work-related issues; (6) Assisting in educating and registering employees for benefit options (including health insurance, 401k, and life insurance); (7) Promoting company culture through trainings and personal demonstration; (8) Assisting the Human Resource Manager in all established programs.
REQUIREMENTS: Two years of human resources experience, including specific experience in the poultry industry.
