The HR Specialist is responsible for administering employee leaves, workers’ compensation, and benefits programs. This role supports core human resources functions, including FMLA and other leave administration, onboarding, and employee relations. The HR Specialist fosters cross-departmental collaboration and builds strong working relationships with leaders across the organization.

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and two years of HR experience, or four years of equivalent HR experience. Must have experience with HRIS/ATS systems and demonstrated knowledge of leave administration, workers’ compensation, and benefits. PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
