We are currently partnering with a well-established organization in the Columbus, OH area to identify a Human Resources Supervisor. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who can support a variety of human resources functions while helping to foster a positive and compliant workplace environment. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership and play a key role in supporting both employees and organizational initiatives. There will be some travel between regional locations so a valid license and reliable transportation is required for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and oversee core HR functions, including employee relations, recruiting, and compliance

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees and leadership regarding HR policies and procedures

  • Assist with full-cycle recruiting efforts, from sourcing through onboarding

  • Help ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and internal policies

  • Provide guidance on employee issues, performance management, and workplace concerns

  • Contribute to HR initiatives that support employee engagement and organizational effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Social Services, or a related field

  • At least 3 years of professional human resource experience

  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Pay Details: $53,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
