We are currently partnering with a well-established organization in the Columbus, OH area to identify a Human Resources Supervisor. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who can support a variety of human resources functions while helping to foster a positive and compliant workplace environment. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership and play a key role in supporting both employees and organizational initiatives. There will be some travel between regional locations so a valid license and reliable transportation is required for this role.
Responsibilities:
Support and oversee core HR functions, including employee relations, recruiting, and compliance
Serve as a point of contact for employees and leadership regarding HR policies and procedures
Assist with full-cycle recruiting efforts, from sourcing through onboarding
Help ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and internal policies
Provide guidance on employee issues, performance management, and workplace concerns
Contribute to HR initiatives that support employee engagement and organizational effectiveness
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Social Services, or a related field
At least 3 years of professional human resource experience
Prior leadership or supervisory experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Pay Details: $53,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
