Job Summary
General Airframe Support is growing fast, and we’re looking for a motivated, organized, and people-focused HR Specialist to support our U.S.-based team. If you love creating structure, supporting employees, and keeping HR operations running smoothly, this role is for you.


This is an onsite, hands-on position supporting day-to-day HR activities, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, payroll coordination, benefits, and more.



Responsibilities
• Serve as the main HR point of contact for employees and managers
• Support full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
• Manage onboarding, new-hire paperwork, background checks, and orientation
• Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation
• Oversee timesheets, attendance, PTO tracking, and schedule coordination
• Coordinate payroll changes, employee updates, bonuses, and corrections with ADP
• Manage benefits administration including health insurance and 401(k) enrollment and compliance
• Support employee relations, coaching, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
• Assist with job descriptions, performance evaluations, and policy development
• Ensure compliance with federal and state labor regulations
• Support HR programs including training, safety, culture development, and employee engagement
• Partner with leadership to maintain a positive, productive, drama-free workplace


Qualifications
• 5+ years of HR experience (required)
• Experience with payroll coordination (ADP experience a plus)
• Experience managing PTO, attendance, and HR recordkeeping
• Experience administering benefits including 401(k)
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, compliance, and employee relations
• Recruiting and interviewing experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
• Positive attitude, calm under pressure, and solutions-oriented mindset
