We are currently looking for a Human Resources Administrative Assistant, at our Miami, FL., Healthcare Laundry facility. We are looking for someone who is confident in decision making, can act quickly, and has excellent communication skills. Job Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain personnel records • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave) • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides • Assist with onboard training and annual refresher training as needed • Answer employees' queries about HR-related issues • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules) • Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event) • Revise company policies • Manage all Safety Programs in partnership with HR Manager • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates) • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms • General HR and office work
This position will also be responsible for front desk.
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role • Experience with HR, Payroll software • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular) • Adequate knowledge of labor laws • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills

• Any Spanish, Creole competency
