Paul Davis Restoration is looking for a full-time employee that will assist with the administrative functions and the onboarding and offboarding of employees within Paul Davis Restoration.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Documentation of onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Assist in the documentation and updating of policies and procedures for onboarding and offboarding employees
- Order assessment testing for potential new hires
- Submit background screening requests for new hires and current employees
- Input of new hires into main operating systems and equipment setup/delivery
- Review and verify that new hire paperwork has been fully completed
- Assist and respond to employee requests and questions regarding human resources issues
- Maintenance of personnel records
- Assist with benefits set up
- Order business cards, clothing, and tools
- Answer phones
- Updating company documents
- Other duties as assigned
Competencies- Knowledge, skills and abilities
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (O365, Outlook, Word, Excel, One Drive, Share Point)
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Ability to manage tasks with competing deadlines
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality

Wage:
Based on experience- 18.00 to 23.00
