1+ years of administrative or HR experience preferred.
Knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations is a plus.
Assist with recruiting activities, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR databases.
Process employment-related paperwork, including new hire, termination, and status change documents.
Assist employees with HR-related questions and direct them to appropriate resources.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive data.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
