Over the past few years, our client has experienced tremendous growth, expanding into multiple markets and significantly increasing its workforce and operations. Theyre looking for an HR Administrator who can help support that growth while developing into a broader HR role over time.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the administrative side of HR today but wants exposure to benefits, employee relations, recruiting, and compensation responsibilities as they grow within the organization.

What Youll Do

• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee administration
• Process onboarding paperwork and assist with new hire orientation
• Manage employee data entry and record maintenance within HR systems
• Coordinate benefit enrollments and insurance elections
• Assist with 401(k) administration and employee setup
• Maintain compliance-related documentation and personnel records
• Support recruiting efforts, including career fairs and hiring events
• Assist with employee communications and HR reporting
• Partner closely with HR leadership on special projects and process improvements

What Theyre Looking For

Required:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 2+ years of Human Resources experience
• Strong administrative and data entry skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Preferred:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• SHRM certification
• Experience supporting benefits administration and onboarding processes
