Description contract Contract HR Administrator Location: Shoreline, WA Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm Alternative schedule of four 10-hour shifts may also be considered Assignment Duration: Tentatively June 2026 - August 2026 (Timeline subject to change based on operational needs) We are partnering with an organization in Shoreline, WA that is seeking a detail oriented and detail-oriented contract HR Administrator to support their Human Resources department during a contract assignment this summer. This role will provide administrative and operational HR support across a variety of functions including onboarding, personnel file management, scheduling, benefits support, and employee communication. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, dependable, capable of handling confidential information with discretion, and comfortable working within a fast-paced and detail oriented environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior HR administrative experience who enjoys supporting internal operations and contributing to a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department Assist with benefits administration support and related employee communications Schedule employee physical wellness examinations and coordinate follow-up as needed Support hiring and onboarding processes, including communication and correspondence with candidates and new hires Maintain personnel files and assist with records retention processes Perform accurate data entry and system updates Support miscellaneous HR and administrative projects and tasks as assigned Provide break and coverage support for the Receptionist position as needed Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all employee interactions and documentation handling Requirements Qualifications: Prior Human Resources administrative or office support experience preferred Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment detail oriented communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable handling sensitive personnel and HIPAA-related information Strong data entry and administrative support capabilities Proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite required Ability to work onsite in Shoreline, WA throughout the duration of the assignment Additional Requirements: The selected contract employee will be required to: Sign a Department confidentiality agreement prior to beginning the assignment Provide proof of successful completion of a thorough all candidates required to undergo background check TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
