You’ll partner closely with Community Managers and on-site teams to ensure HR processes are accurate, timely, and service-focused. Your work behind the scenes plays a direct role in supporting our teams and enhancing the resident experience.
We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy problem-solving, communicating with care, and being part of a collaborative, people-first culture, this is a great opportunity to grow your HR career while making a meaningful impact.
What You’ll Do:
Support day-to-day HR and payroll operations, including employee updates (PAFs, benefits changes, terminations, and more)
Manage employee leave tracking and pay coordination in UKG
Partner with Community Managers to ensure smooth, timely offboarding experiences (final pay, bonuses, documentation)
Help administer employee benefits, including enrollments, life events, reconciliations, and Open Enrollment support
Respond to employee questions through the HR Help Desk – be a go-to resource for benefits and HR support
Assist with unemployment claims and benefits-related processes
Prepare and maintain key workforce and payroll reports (headcount, turnover, anniversaries, bonuses)
Collaborate with Accounting on financial processes like check requests and transfers
Support engaging HR programs such as loyalty increases and housing initiatives
Help maintain and optimize HR systems like UKG, iCIMS, Awardco, and Calm
Ensure accurate data management and compliance with company policies
Why You’ll Love This Role:
Variety in your day – no two days are the same
Opportunity to collaborate across teams and make a real impact
Be part of a people-first team that values support, accuracy, and growth
Qualifications:
The compensation range for this role is $35.00 - $45.00 / hour.
