HUMAN RESOURCE ADMINISTRATOR
Summary
Human Resources Administrator (HRA) will support NFWF's vision, mission and goals by providing support for all aspects of the Human Resources function. This position works under the supervision of the Vice President, Human Resources and works closely with the Senior Manager, HRIS. The HRA is responsible for the administrative support of day-to-day human resources operations, record keeping, file maintenance and administration of certain HR benefit programs. The work involved includes performing various tasks requiring a substantive understanding of general and internal human resource policies, procedures and laws. The HRA must display strong interpersonal skills and be able to handle sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality at all times. The HRA deals with internal contacts at all levels of the organization and the HRA will continually demonstrate poise, tact and diplomacy. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload.

$36.06 Hourly Rate (Starting range based on experience)
Note: Compensation is negotiable and may be higher depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
