Human Resources Administrator

This role offers hands-on experience supporting hiring, onboarding, and employee administration for both temporary and full-time staff. Hours
  • 1st Shift, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Pay
  • $18.00 - $20.00 Per Hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain recruiting and employee records
  • Coordinate and manage the temporary employee hiring process
  • Review, sort, and screen candidate resumes
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants
  • Prepare onboarding and employment documentation
  • Conduct new hire orientation for temporary and direct hire employees
  • Partner with staffing agencies to support ongoing hiring needs
  • Keep HR and production leadership informed on recruiting progress
  • Assist with payroll and general administrative tasks
  • Support employee relations and day-to-day HR operations

Minimum Requirements
  • Previous recruiting or administrative experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Comfortable using smartphones, email, and digital communication tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and interact with employees at all levels of the organization

Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience working in manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with staffing agencies and recruitment processes

Preferred Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in HR or recruiting activities

Other Requirements
  • On-site work only in Youngstown, Ohio
  • Willingness to work in a fast-moving and multitasking environment
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality
