HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST
LOCATION: Administration
EFFECTIVE DATE: July 1, 2026
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 5 years experience in human resources, either in education or in private industry, administrative assistant, or similar area.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Maintains close contact with all departments and schools in planning and anticipating certificated and non-certificated personnel needs district-wide.
- Updates the teachers', supervisors', and administrators' contract negotiations when needed.
- Keeps abreast of governmental statutes, regulations, and rules relating to personnel administration, and advise the superintendent and the Board of the provisions of the law.
- Researches issues pertaining to personnel, including salary research, professional standards, and other pertinent projects.
- Enters and maintains HR database in multiple programs.
- Runs and analyzes reports for the DOE, DOL, and HR office.
- Maintains meticulous records in personnel, account numbers, vacancies and position control.
- Assists in job descriptions for new positions, and coordinates the periodic review and revision of existing job descriptions.
- Assists in the contract and salary schedules for all certificated and non-certificated personnel and in developing and recommending salary policy and structures.
- Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the Superintendent/Assistant Superintendent.
