Human Resources Analyst

Supply chain company in the area, priding themselves on their robust end to end solutions they offer, as well as reputation for excellence in the market, is seeking a HR Analyst for their team!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Responsible for benefits administration

-Payroll and compensation

-Partner with the operations/account management and sales teams for optimal customer satisfaction

-Assist in preperation of financial reporting packages

-Lead Ad hoc projects

-Invoice clients/overseas agents/vendors

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Bachelors Degree, required

-HR Certificate, preferred

-Ability to work both independently and within a team

-5 plus years of experience in payroll and analystics 

-HRIS knowledge

-High energy, with a passion for maintaining/retaining relationships with outside clients and vendors

-Self-starter with strong organization & presentation skills
