Under the general supervision of the Deputy Division Chief for HR Operations (HROPS) and the Team Lead for PeopleSoft Operations and Dual Systems Administration, the Human Resources Information Systems Analyst supports Dual Data Entry (DDE) operationsto ensure alignment and synchronization between PeopleSoft and Workday.
The role focuses on the accurate dual entry of employee personal and HR data, reconciliation activities, and support for Dual System Process (DSP) integrations. In addition, the incumbent contributes to broader PeopleSoft Operations, including transaction processing, end-user support, system monitoring, and testing.
The role is critical to maintaining the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of HR data in a high-volume environment, with a strong emphasis on quality control and adherence to established processes and system standards. It requires close coordination with the Team Lead and collaboration with other data entry analysts.
Daily responsibilities include monitoring automated integration reports and dashboards, identifying and troubleshooting errors, and working closely with business owners to resolve issues. This position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to think analytically.
