Job Description
This position serves as the Lead Payroll Analyst and is responsible for auditing, analyzing and managing human resource processes as well as providing human resources services support to the Supreme Court and Office of the State Courts Administrator (OSCA) units and human resource offices across the State Courts System. This position serves as the receiving authority for payroll and actions, managing payroll programs and processes, ensuring policy and rules compliance and performing related administrative functions to include reviewing, preparing and submitting human resource reports. This position assists in developing and providing training in the areas of payroll and other related work areas.

Education
Bachelor's degree in human resources or personnel administration, public or business administration, labor or industrial relations, management, employment law, or a closely related field is preferred.
Experience
Three years of related experience in human resources, administrative support, customer service, or accounting.
Additional relevant experience may substitute for the recommended educational level on a year-for-year basis.
