  • Support employee investigations and employee relations matters as needed.
  • Coach managers on documentation and effective performance conversations.
  • Evaluate current performance management practices and help establish consistent processes across the organization.
  • Review HR policies, procedures, job descriptions, and documentation and recommend improvements.
  • Help ensure HR practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment requirements.
  • Partner with leadership regarding workforce planning, recruiting needs, job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate selection criteria.
  • Analyze turnover, hiring trends, skill gaps, retention, attendance, employee relations, and other workforce metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Continuously evaluate HR programs and processes for effectiveness and scalability.

  • Experience developing or improving HR processes, training programs, onboarding, or employee development initiatives.
  • Strong working knowledge of employee relations and general employment practices.
  • Experience partnering directly with operations leaders, supervisors, and frontline employees.
