JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Handle reception and visitor duties
*Prepare documents, make calls, coordinate meetings, schedule interviews and send calendar invites
*Oversee events for facility to include meals and setup for meetings and lunches
*Coordinate eScreens and evaluations for new hires and existing personnel
*Assist with new hire orientation
*Scan and email records for personnel files of employees
*Backup for Accident / Incident reporting
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
*2+ years’ experience working in a HR support role, preferably in manufacturing
*Microsoft Office 365 Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
*Bilingual skills, in English / Spanish, is preferred
