Position Overview: Our Team is growing!
We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Assistant for IMC Companies that will assist in supporting the Human Resource Department with the onboarding process and pre-payroll and post-payroll administrative functions. The role requires one that is organized, goal oriented, and that values attention to detail and accuracy.
Essential Job Functions:
- Maintain I-9 files and updates as needed
- Processing incoming requests, providing guidance as appropriate
- Assist with employee file maintenance to include scanning, labeling, document creation, etc.
- Assist with supply ordering as needed
- Assist with payroll support as needed
- Assist and support other HR projects or inter-Department Leaders as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
