Turabify Co. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to support our HR department's daily operations. In this role, you will assist with recruitment, employee records management, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Key Responsibilities
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Support benefits administration and assist employees with HR-related inquiries.
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, onboarding materials, and termination letters.
Coordinate employee orientation and training sessions.
Assist with HR compliance and record keeping.
Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
Associate's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in an HR support role or administrative position is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS software is advantageous.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
