Position Summary
Works under the direction of the Vice President of Human Resources in providing support to the Human Resources Department in all facets of the duties herein. Performs a variety of general office support duties: copying, scanning and faxing of documents, distribution of correspondence and packages received in the human resource department

What you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or Business Administration along with 1-2 years' experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Expressed knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements applicable to the position.
Proficiency in administrative duties such as communication, data entry and record keeping.
Must possess a valid State of Ohio motor vehicle operators license and be insurable under Firelands auto policy. Employee must provide proof of personal automobile liability insurance coverage upon request.
Successful completion of a 90-day probationary period.
