    The position is full time, working M-F 8am-5pm

    What you will do:
    The Human Resources Assistant assists the HR team by providing administrative support. Gathers employee information from various sources and enters data into HRIS and employee files. Performs assistant duties for prospective employees, answering / interpreting Human Resource related questions / policies.
    Acts as the face of the organization assisting prospective employees through answering questions concerning the organization or employment with the organization. Performs such tasks in a professional and courteous manner in person, via electronic medias or face-to-face. Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized manner, looking for ways to enhance the “customer experience” aspects of the interaction.
     
    Required Education: 
    High School diploma or equivalent.
     
    Preferred Education: 
    Associates degree in related field
     
    Required Skills: 
    Familiarity with working with computerized databases/programs
     
    Preferred Education: 
    1-3 years’ experience with HRIS and MS Office Suite

    Preferred Licensure/Registration/Certification:
    Notary Public in the State of Texas

    Required Experience:
    Front office or customer service related experience
     
    Preferred Experience:
    1-3 years of working with database systems
