The Human Resources (HR) Assistant at CSUF Auxiliary Services provides reception and administrative support to the Human Resources/ Payroll Department. Reporting to the Human Resources Supervisor, this position supports accurate recordkeeping and documentation for employees and assists with maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of personnel records and HR-related information. Essential Duties Receive incoming mail and documents and distribute to appropriate HR Personnel. Photocopy and/or scan material as needed. Review and collect I-9 documents for all hires. Process E-Verify for all hires and collect reverification documents. Follow established policies and confidentiality requirements to safeguard sensitive information.
