Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support core HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative processes. This role partners closely with HR leadership and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of HR processes while maintaining a positive and professional workplace experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HR support, responding to employee inquiries and HR-related questions
  • Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and preparing candidate documentation
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation processes, including coordination and communication
  • Facilitate HR systems processes and ensure data accuracy
  • Create and distribute HR communication materials (emails, flyers, announcements)
  • Lead and support employee engagement initiatives and events
  • Support administrative HR functions and maintain organized documentation
  • Partner with HR leadership and management to ensure alignment on HR processes and priorities
  • Assist with additional HR projects and initiatives as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Associate s degree required (Bachelor s degree preferred)
  • 1 3 years of experience in HR, administrative, or coordinator roles
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects from start to finish
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Self-starter with initiative and a strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in HR coordination or shared services
  • Experience in manufacturing or high-paced operational environments
  • Ability to support multiple shifts or adjust schedule occasionally
  • Strong judgment and professionalism in workplace interactions
