Human Resources Assistant

Technical Professionals Group, LLC is seeking motivated, dependable and safe Human Resources Assistant to support the Human Recources Assistant for a large copper mining company in Kearny, AZ.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Answer phones
• Greet potential employees
• Maintain employee records
• Must have excellent computer skills with Microsoft; Word, Excel, PowerPoint 
• Assist in recruiting process; schedule interviews, new hire orientation
• Needs to be a strong communicator, able to convey important information to co-workers, superiors and job candidates.
• May perform other duties delegated by the head
• Any qualification in office management and/or prior experience will be considered beneficial

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have a valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• MSHA certification will be required to obtain upon hire

Physical and Environmental Job Requirements:

• Sitting, standing, bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, pushing, carrying and lifting items of up to 25 lbs or more
• Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions; dusty, hot weather
• Ability to perform essential job functions in an environment with varied noise levels
