Human Resources Assistant

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support our HR department in various administrative tasks and employee relations activities. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, record maintenance, and HR projects to help ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.

**Qualifications:**
-Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR, administrative, or office support role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

**Responsibilities:**
- Support HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and training programs.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.).
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Handle inquiries from employees and external partners.
- Participate in HR audits and compliance initiatives.
- Help in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
