    Description

    Human Resources Assistant needs 2+ years' HR experience

    Human Resources Assistant requires:

    Bilingual, English/Spanish

    HR assisting

    Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    Ability to be proactive, multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

    Ability to build positive working relationships and establish a high level of trust and credibility

    Ability to demonstrate critical thinking

    Human Resources Assistant duties:

    Provides operational and administrative support to the HR department

    Initial point of contact and resource for employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures, providing a high level of service to all areas of the business

    Provides support for annual HR processes

    Collaborate with HR professionals and contribute to projects that support the execution of HR programs

    Provide exceptional customer service to managers and employees.

    Identify trends in employee issues, seek out and recommend process improvements, and implement new procedures as appropriate.

    Help ensure compliance with all federal and state labor law requirements through support of corporate HR compliance efforts.
