JOB SUMMARY
The Human Resources Assistantis responsible for supporting all human resources functions, with an emphasis on recruiting, interviewing and selection, onboarding, training and development, staff communication, and other duties as directed by the Human Resources Manager. This role requires strong relationship building, communication, judgement, and prioritization skills as well as creativity, adaptability, resiliency, reliability, and integrity.
