SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The Human Resources Assistant performs administrative and records management functions to ensure the integrity of employee data and HRIS platforms, specifically eFinancePlus and the Employee Access Center. The role is responsible for the full lifecycle of personnel documentation, including salary updates, leave tracking, and compliance filings, while managing technical workflows for compensation, temporary staffing, and district-specific athletic programs. Acting as a key point of contact, the Assistant provides high-level customer support via ticketing systems to resolve policy inquiries and troubleshoot system issues. Throughout these duties, the Assistant maintains strict confidentiality of labor relations information and supports district goals through rigorous data auditing, cross-functional team collaboration, and the preparation of board-level reporting.
