Human Resources Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR files
• Support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and posting job openings
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
• Assist with payroll, timekeeping, and benefits administration tasks
• Prepare HR reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
• Help coordinate training sessions, employee events, and engagement initiatives
• Perform general administrative tasks and support special projects as needed
