Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am- 5:00 pm (flexible)
Location: Nampa City Hall- Human Resources
Reports to: HR Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrative Assistant (Temporary) to join our team via a temporary employment agency.
In this role, you will provide critical support to our Human Resources department by managing administrative tasks and overseeing a focused project to digitize and organize employee records. This position is ideal for someone who excels at maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
o Scan physical employee files and HR documents into our electronic document management system.
o Ensure all scanned documents are correctly indexed, named, and stored according to company filing protocols.
o Perform quality control checks on digitized files to ensure clarity and completeness.
o Organize and prepare physical files for secure storage or shredding, following established retention policies.
o Provide general administrative support, including drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings, and data entry.
o Assist in maintaining the integrity of the HR Information System (HRIS) by inputting and updating employee data.
o Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
o Assist the HR team with various project-based tasks as needed.
o Serve as a point of contact for routine HR inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team member when necessary.
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in administrative support, office management, or document imaging/records management is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with office technology (scanners, high-speed printers).
Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of accuracy in data entry and filing.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data with integrity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
