<\/h2>Duties/Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>- Develops,
facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment
process.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Collaborates
with department managers to identify and draft detailed and
accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Identifies
and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and
strategies based on the available role, industry standards,
and the needs of the organization.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Assists
with job posting and advertisement processes.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Screens
applications and selects qualified candidates.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Schedules
interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and
other hiring and selection materials.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Assists
with the interview process, attending and conducting
interviews with managers, directors, and other
stakeholders.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Attends
and participates in college job fairs and recruiting
sessions.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Communicates
changes affecting benefits coverage—such as changes in
employment status, changes in family status, and changes to
dependents and beneficiaries—to insurance brokers, carriers,
plan administrators, and other vendors and
systems.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Performs
other duties as assigned.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

time management skills with a proven ability to meet

with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to
hiring and recruitment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Proficient
with or the ability to quickly learn applicant -tracking
software or other recruitment
systems.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Proficient
with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/i>Education and Experience:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/h2>- Bachelor’s
degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work
experience is a plus.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - High
school diploma or equivalent required.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - One
year of related experience, preferably in human resources,
preferred.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - SHRM -CP
or SHRM -SCP preferred.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - SHRM’s
Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
