What You’ll Do

In this role, you won’t just support HR, you’ll actively contribute to critical HR operations:

·        Support recruiting efforts including candidate screening, scheduling, and onboarding coordination

·        Manage background checks and pre-employment screening processes

·        Maintain HRIS data integrity and accurate employee records

·        Assist with benefits administration and ACA compliance tracking and reporting

·        Serve as a resource for employee HR-related questions and policy guidance

·        Coordinate onboarding, training, and HR programs

·        Support HR reporting, workforce analytics, and compliance initiatives

What You Bring

·        2+ years of HR or solid HR administrative experience

·        A.S., B.S. degree Human Resources or related field

·        Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

·        Experience with HR systems or recruiting processes preferred
