Human Resources Assistant
HERS Advisors have partnered with a boutique estate planning firm who have an immediate need for a Human Resources Assistant to work in their West Los Angeles office (5 days in office). This is a great opportunity for someone with HR, recruiting, or administrative assistant experience to take their career to the next level!
Responsibilities for Human Resources Assistant:
- Support recruiting efforts by posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
- Review employee timecards and help with payroll preparation.
- Maintain employee files and HR records.
- Coordinate trainings, communications, and engagement initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR and administrative team.
Requirements for Human Resources Assistant:
- 2+ years of HR, recruiting, or administrative experience (law firm/professional services experience required).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS/payroll experience a plus.
