- Manage payroll processing, employee records, and HR administrative responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees
- Respond to employee questions regarding benefits, policies, and workplace procedures
- Support employee communication efforts and assist with conflict resolution matters
- Maintain organized HR documentation while ensuring compliance with internal processes
- Assist with benefits administration, reporting, and overall employee operations support
Requirements:
- Prior human resources, payroll, or employee operations experience required
- Paycom experience strongly preferred for payroll and HR management functions
- Concur experience preferred but not required for qualified candidates
- Bachelor's degree or SHRM certification preferred but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills in fast-paced work environments
- Ability to manage sensitive employee matters professionally and confidentially
- Kansas City preferred
Salary: $60,000–$70,000 DOE
