Compensation:
Pay Range: $25.00-$28.00 Per HR
Description:
• Supporting the human resources team, this role is responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, benefits administration, and data management.
• The position is onsite in New York, NY, operates on a contract basis, and requires proficiency in generic HR technology systems.
Requirements:
• Collect new hire employment information and coordinate orientation
• Schedule appointments and manage departmental meetings
• Prepare human resource reports
• Provide customer service to employees
• Maintain HR events calendar and employee records
• Notify employees about benefits eligibility
• Collaborate on employee terminations
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Associate degree with 2 years of HR experience
• 3 years' experience in a non-profit organization
• Knowledge of generic HR technology systems
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
