ABOUT THE POSITION |
AmeriBolt is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our manufacturing operation in Sycamore, Alabama. This role will serve as a strategic partner to leadership while driving HR initiatives that improve employee attraction, retention, engagement, and development. A key focus of this position will be reducing employee turnover through effective workforce planning, leadership coaching, training initiatives, and proactive employee relations support. The HRBP will help drive consistency in HR policies, practices, and employee experience across AmeriBolt, Lone Star Fasteners, and Lone Star Sealing. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, is highly visible on the production floor, and has a proven ability to influence leaders, strengthen accountability, and support organizational change. This role will play an important part in helping the facility evolve from a more entrepreneurial operating style into a scalable, process-driven organization.
