Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)Fort Worth, TX or Sanford, FL (Orlando area) | Hybrid Work OptionsWe are seeking an operations focused HRBP to support its field and corporate teams. This role serves as a trusted partner to operational leadership, owns employee relations across the organization, manages the HRIS platform (ADP), and leads a team of nine HR professionals.

• Partner directly with regional operations leaders to align HR support with day to day business needs
• Own employee relations across the organization, including guidance, investigations, and resolution of workplace issues
• Administer and maintain the ADP HRIS platform, including employee data integrity, reporting, and system workflows
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of nine HR professionals
• Support performance management, workforce planning, and policy administration in the field
• Help maintain compliance with employment regulations across the states our clients operate in
• Act as a visible HR presence supporting a safety-first culture

• 3+ years of experience as an HR business partner, ideally within field services, construction, infrastructure, or another operations heavy industry
• Prior experience leading or managing an HR team
• Strong working knowledge of ADP or a comparable HRIS platform
• Demonstrated employee relations expertise, including investigations
• Comfortable traveling to regional locations as needed
