Regional Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Orlando, FL. On-site at branch office and customer sites (some hybrid flexibility Monday & Tuesday).
Travel: Up to ~25% (typically quarterly travel within region; occasional day trips within Florida)
Compensation: Target $75,000$80,000 base (not to exceed $80K) + ~5% annual bonus (company performance-based)
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
Language Requirement: Fluent Spanish (non-negotiable)

Position Summary
The Regional HRBP serves as the primary, trusted HR partner for the organizations external staffing workforce within the Southwest region to include oversight in FL, GA, TN, and NC. This role is highly visible and field-facing, with a strong emphasis on employee relations, manager coaching, and proactive risk reduction. This is a newer structure for the business, so the right person will be comfortable operating with ownership, agility, and strong follow-through.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Relations & Investigations: Own end-to-end ER matters (investigations, corrective action, issue resolution).
- Regional Partnership: Act as the day-to-day HR point of contact for regional service teams and leaders; provide timely, practical guidance in fast-paced environments.
- Manager Coaching: Coach managers through performance/attendance/conduct issues and difficult conversations.
- Multi-site HR Support: Support multiple locations across multiple states; ensure consistent policy application and compliant practices.
- Trends & Risk Reduction: Identify recurring issues and partner with HR leadership on preventative strategies.
- Workers Comp Partnership: Coordinate with the Workers Comp HR partner to support alignment, communication, and execution for WC-impacted team members.
Required Qualifications- 7+ years progressive HR experience with SHRM/PHR (or 10+ years progressive HR experience without certification).
- Strong experience in employee relations and investigations.
- Experience supporting multi-site operations (multi-state a plus).
- Ability to influence leaders and make recommendations.
- Knowledge of employment practices across local/state/federal guidelines.
- Fluent Spanish (required).
Schedule Includes an approximately once/month manager-on-duty rotation with after-hours coverage and a compensatory day off.
