Are you a seasoned Human Resources professional who excels at providing high-level strategic guidance within complex medical systems? We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to step into a critical consultative role providing vital coverage across a leading healthcare enterprise. Serving as the primary point of contact for organizational leaders, you will leverage your deep expertise in employment practices, labor relations, and organizational policy to design and execute impactful HR solutions. This dynamic, on-site role offers an exceptional opportunity to lead complex human resources projects, navigate diverse regulatory environments, and directly influence workforce development strategies. salary: $56.25 - $56.26 per hour

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the direct point of contact for leaders to deliver modern professional HR solutions and strategic advisement.
- Manage human resources projects of critical importance, providing comprehensive data evaluation and policy recommendations.
- Advise on complex employment practices, salary administration, compliance, and labor relations.
- Partner closely with human resources subject matter experts to optimize workforce initiatives.
- Utilize ServiceNow and operational systems to track data and perform tactical administrative functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional training.
- Minimum of 7 years of human resources experience.
- Proven HR experience within a complex healthcare or service organization.
- Direct background working with labor unions and expert knowledge of labor relations.
- Advanced proficiency in computer competency and ServiceNow software.
- Strongly preferred: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR professional certifications.
- Must provide own transportation to report across multiple regional workplace campus locations.
- Must clear standard onboarding, including background verification, physical evaluations, drug screening, and mandatory healthcare vaccination policies.
