About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) to join a dynamic and fast-paced organization. This role serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing expert HR guidance and delivering innovative people solutions that support organizational goals and workforce success.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise across multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations, labor relations, organizational development, workforce planning, talent management, and HR compliance. This position offers the opportunity to partner closely with leadership teams, influence key business decisions, and drive impactful HR initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic HR partner and trusted advisor to leaders and management teams.
  • Provide consultation and guidance on employee relations, labor relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.
  • Lead and support high-impact HR projects and initiatives with organization-wide influence.
  • Analyze complex workforce and organizational issues, develop recommendations, and implement effective solutions.
  • Partner with leadership to drive employee engagement, talent development, succession planning, and change management initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, organizational policies, and HR best practices.
  • Collaborate with HR subject matter experts to deliver comprehensive HR services and solutions.
  • Support tactical and operational HR activities as needed while maintaining a strategic focus.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, labor relations, compensation practices, organizational development, and HR operations.
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing business decisions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience working in a complex, service-oriented organization.
  • Previous experience supporting unionized work environments.
  • Proficiency with HR systems and business applications, including ServiceNow or similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or Strategic HR Business Partner (sHRBP).
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide HR initiatives and organizational change efforts.
Additional Information
  • This position may require travel between multiple work locations within the region.
  • Candidates must have reliable transportation and the ability to work across various sites as business needs require.
