Manager Capability and Training - Deliver labor relations and CBA training for managers and supervisors, covering just cause, progressive discipline, union communication, and key contract decision points. Advise leadership on compliant, operationally sound courses of action.
Expansion Readiness and Portfolio Support - Support onboarding of new sites and inherited contracts, including CBA assimilation, bargaining preparation, and transition planning. Build scalable documentation standards and escalation protocols to support multi-site execution. Maintain financial awareness of wage, benefit, overtime, and retroactive pay risk.
