Senior Community Care of KY PACE is part of Volunteers of America National Services which serves as the Housing and Healthcare subsidiary of the Volunteers of America parent organization. Volunteers of America National Services has been certified as a Great Place to Work for 6 years!
Salary: $70,000-$80,000 a year based on years of experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday with occasional weekends; candidate must live in or near the Louisville, KY area or Cincinnati, OH. The postion travels between the offices in both cities.

About the Job:
The Human Resources Business Partner - onsite is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function. With consultation from the Executive Director and the Director of Human Resources – Healthcare & Housing, the Human Resources Business Partner provides oversight for compliance with applicable state and federal labor laws.
