Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, and policy guidance.
• 
  
• Conduct investigations, case reviews, and maintain confidential documentation.
• 
  
• Lead disciplinary meetings, performance improvement plans, and employee coaching discussions.
• 
  
• Support talent management efforts, including interviewing and employee development.
• 
  
• Manage leave of absence and accommodation requests.
• 
  

Qualifications:

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 
  
• 3+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations and performance management.
• 
  
• Experience conducting investigations, managing disciplinary actions, and resolving complex employee issues.
