We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team in one of today's most exciting technologies. This role will report to the Director Human Resources and will support the Delaware Manufacturing organization. The HR Business Partner will work alongside management to focus on hiring, HR Operations, HRIS, employee relations, onboarding, training, performance management and policy administration to ensure legal compliance.
In this position you will create effective partnerships with all levels of employees and leadership, acting as a change agent. The successful candidate will have a strong employee relations background and be an advocate to the organization driving initiatives that are aligned with the HR strategy, company's strategic priorities, and core values.
This is a fully on-site, in office role 5 days a week based in Newark, DE.
