Field - Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt position.
Salary Range: $80,163-$100,214, DOE + potential bonus.
Location base (At-Home Office) supporting the Thousand Oaks, Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Santa Maria, CA areas. Candidates should be comfortable traveling up to 75% of the time, supporting 3-4 facility visits per week. Most travel will be within Ventura and Santa Barbara counties, with occasional travel outside the territory as business needs require.

In this highly visible and hands-on role, you'll be the primary HR advisor for our operational leaders, providing expert guidance on employee relations, organizational development, and workforce planning-while spending 3 to 4 days per week visiting the facilities you support.
