Key Responsibilities of the HR Clerk



  • Review and process employee service records and documentation to support HR operations.

  • The HR Clerk will track, monitor, and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks and HR-related deliverables.

  • Prepare professional written communications to employees regarding documentation, follow-ups, and requests.

  • Respond to employee inquiries, provide customer service support, and escalate questions as needed.

  • The HR Clerk will maintain accurate employee records and assist with general HR administrative projects.

  • Support the HR team with additional tasks and special projects as needed.


Must-Have Skills & Experience- HR Clerk



  • 1+ year of clerical, administrative, or HR support experience in a professional environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

  • Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience with HR systems, ticketing systems, or employee record management platforms is a plus.
