The Human Resources Consultant serves as a strategic partner to an assigned client group, providing expert guidance and support across all HR functions. In this role, you will advise leaders and employees by integrating deep knowledge of HR best practices, university policies, and relevant laws and regulations. You will be expected to approach complex issues with creativity and sound judgment, collaborating closely with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver comprehensive, multidisciplinary solutions.
We are seeking candidates with experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, HR Generalist, or Employee Relations Advisor. The ideal applicant brings a broad and versatile HR background, including hands‑on experience working across multiple HR disciplines-such as employee relations, compensation structures, talent management, and organizational development. This cross‑functional expertise enables the consultant to assess situations quickly and deliver effective, holistic resolutions.
